PRONUNCIATION:
http://www.forvo.com/ Type in a word you need help pronouncing and listen to a recording of a native speaker saying the word.
http://www.lingolex.com/pronounce/ Another site with audio clips and some explanation.
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Spanish/Pronunciation#Local_pronunciation_differences This site has a pretty good explanation of pronunciation rules.
http://www.members.tripod.com/spanishflashcards/ An excellent site for audio examples and pronunciation practice. I also list it below under general knowledge sites since it has all sorts of useful activities. Some activities require membership.
CONJUGATION:
A great Spanish language dictionary, especially for verb conjugations.
