Ingrid Tuchband has been working in education for over 15 years, and she is happy to be sharing her varied experience and background with St. Francis Solano School. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from U.C. Santa Cruz, she obtained her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at Dominican University. She taught third and fourth grades in Marin County for five years. After the birth of her first child, she continued to work part-time in the schools and volunteer in the classroom. For the last two years, she has been a substitute teacher in grades K-8 in Petaluma. Most recently, she worked with 7th and 8th graders in the Special Education Department at Kenilworth Junior High School. She has her CLAD Credential, and she is taking courses to pursue a Single Subject Mathematics Credential. She lives in Petaluma with her husband and two children. » read more...
