Our first grade singers are just beginning to read from a single staff music score

We can hear the difference in major and minor tonalities and have become quite familiar with members of the Note Family

We are now reading and clapping notated rhythms. This week 3-16-10 we clapped out notated rhythms for the first time and let me tell you they were stupendous!
